Our busiest times are typically Friday afternoons and Saturdays, as well as school holidays and rainy days. Weekday mornings and late afternoons tend to be quieter. If you’re looking for a more relaxed experience, we recommend visiting during off-peak hours.
Our play space is designed for children ages 6 months to 12 years old. We have dedicated toddler zones with age-appropriate toys and a soft play zone for little ones under 3, as well as more active climbing and exploration areas for older kids. This way, children can safely play and engage in activities suited to their age and development.
Yes, our facility is fully wheelchair and stroller accessible. We have wide walkways, ramps, and accessible restrooms to accommodate all guests. Stroller parking is available near the entrance for your convenience.
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. Our play areas are sanitized multiple times throughout the day. We also do a deep clean every evening after closing. High-touch surfaces are disinfected frequently to ensure a healthy environment.
You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks, especially for children with dietary restrictions. We just ask that food be consumed in the designated snack area only.
